Coastal concrete is its own thing
Close to the water, concrete stays damp longer, salt finds its way into every pore and sand acts like sandpaper underfoot. Floors here fail in different ways than floors ten miles inland. We test moisture on every job, clean salt residue during prep and choose products that handle a coastal environment.
Tight spaces, careful work
Many Redondo garages are small, shared or under living space. We tape and protect walls, doors and stairs, keep equipment compact and plan around neighbors and alley access. Parking can be tricky, so we coordinate with you ahead of time.
